MicroStrategy kauft 6455 Bitcoins – Binance CEO reagiert

MicroStrategy LLC hat in seinen letzten Einreichungen bei der U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) erklärt, dass es seinen Bitcoin-Bestand aufgestockt hat. Diese Aufstockung kam zustande, während drei kryptofreundliche Banken mit Sitz in den USA innerhalb einer Woche zusammenbrachen.

MicroStrategy erhöht Wette auf Bitcoin

Wie aus den Unterlagen hervorgeht, hat MicroStrategy zwischen dem 16. Februar 2023 und dem 23. März 2023 weitere 6.455 Bitcoins gekauft. Diese Anhäufung erfolgte für rund 150 Millionen Dollar in Cash. Der Kauf erfolgte zu einem Durchschnittspreis von 23.238 $ pro Bitcoin.

Michael Saylor fügte hinzu, dass MicroStrategy am 23. März 2023 ca. 138.955 Bitcoins (im Wert von 4,14 Milliarden Dollar) hält. Der durchschnittliche Kaufpreis der von der Firma erworbenen BTC liegt jedoch bei 29.817 $ pro Bitcoin.

Changpeng Zhao (CZ), CEO von Binance, reagierte in einem Tweet auf den Bitcoin-Kauf durch MicroStrategy und erklärte, dass es immer einen Käufer auf der anderen Seite gibt, wenn einige Leute in Panik verkaufen.

Den Daten zufolge wurde BTC am 16. Februar bei rund 24.945 $ gehandelt. Danach fiel der BTC-Preis und wurde zurück in die 19.000 $ Marke gedrängt. Der Bitcoin Kurs ist in den letzten 30 Tagen um mehr als 20 % gestiegen und befindet sich derzeit bei $ 27.781.
